Sales Manager

We’re growing fast at Hey Roger Smith, and we’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager.

You will be responsible for two main revenue streams:

• Selling our car-hauling dispatch services to drivers, fleet owners, and logistics companies.
• Selling our dispatcher training courses to individuals who want to start or grow their dispatching careers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact drivers, companies, and prospects
• Sell dispatch services and training courses
• Build and manage a customer portfolio
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize sales strategy

Requirements:

• Sales experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and well-organized
• Experience using CRM systems (specifically Kommo)
• Fluent in English and Russian

Compensation:

• Base salary + Commission
