Fleet Department - Fleet Coordinator (starting $1000)

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Breakdown & Maintenance Representative to join our Fleet Management Team.

As a Breakdown & Maintenance Representative, you will:

• Assist drivers when truck breakdowns or technical issues occur on the road;
• Identify problems and provide drivers with step-by-step solutions;
• Coordinate roadside assistance, repair shops, towing services, and maintenance vendors;
• Monitor truck maintenance issues and follow up until problems are fully resolved;
• Communicate clearly with drivers, dispatchers, and service providers;
• Ensure minimal downtime and help keep trucks running safely and efficiently.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 15:00 – 00:00

Candidate requirements:

• US Truck Driver experience is preferable;
• Previous experience in fleet maintenance, breakdown support, or trucking operations is an advantage;
• Advanced conversational and written English and Russian;
• Good knowledge of truck systems and common mechanical issues (engine, tires, brakes, ELD, etc.);
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Ability to handle stressful situations and communicate calmly with drivers;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.
