Entry-Level Support Engineer (Back Office & Contract Management)

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for technology and strong communication skills for the role of Entry-Level Support Engineers. This position is ideal for those who are eager to learn, even if they do not have a technical background. This role will initially be offered on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Support: Assist clients primarily through email, addressing inquiries related to contract management and administrative tasks. There will be minimal to no phone calls involved.
• Back Office Operations: Engage in back-office activities to ensure smooth management of client contracts and documentation.
• Documentation: Accurately log and maintain records of client interactions and issues in our ticketing system to facilitate knowledge sharing and follow-up.
• Problem Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to higher support levels as necessary, ensuring timely resolutions for our clients.
• Client Guidance: Provide clear and concise written information to clients, enhancing their understanding and satisfaction with our services.

What We’re Looking For:

• English Proficiency: B2 level of English to communicate effectively in writing; speaking proficiency is not a primary requirement.
• Eagerness to Learn: A strong motivation to acquire new knowledge and skills in IT and customer service.
• Customer Service Attitude: Previous experience is not necessary; a positive attitude and a willingness to assist are what truly matter!
• Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills for effective client assistance and documentation.
• Availability: Flexible availability to work Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
