Lead Generation Specialist (English) - B2B, Email & Phone Outreach

About the Project:
We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist on behalf of a Swiss technology company developing innovative IoT solutions for Supply Chain and Logistics. You will be responsible for generating B2B leads in English through phone and email outreach, targeting logistics companies, manufacturers, distributors, contractors and supply-chain stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential B2B clients in target markets
• Make outbound calls and conduct email outreach
• Present the company’s solution in a clear, professional manner
• Create interest, book meetings, and qualify prospects
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up activities
• Report daily progress and results

Requirements:

• Excellent English (spoken and written lvl C1)
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or appointment setting is an advantage
• Comfortable speaking with international business clients
• Professional, responsible, and result-oriented attitude
• Tech-savvy and quick learner (training provided)
