Data Reconciliation Analyst

We are looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Data Reconciliation Analyst to work with our International Partners.

what you'll be doing:

• Perform data reconciliation between multiple source files to ensure billing accuracy
• Analyze and validate large Excel datasets prior to submission to the Billing department
• Identify discrepancies, anomalies, and mismatches in billing-related data
• Investigate root causes of inconsistencies and propose corrective actions
• Prepare clear documentation of checks performed, issues identified, and resolutions applied
• Coordinate internally with technical and operational teams to clarify data inputs
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and Wholesale Billing to resolve discrepancies
• Generate concise reports and summaries for non-technical stakeholders

what we are looking for:
Advanced Excel skills, including:

• VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables for data analysis and validation
• Conditional formatting for discrepancy detection
• Data validation and error-checking techniques
• Experience with data reconciliation and cross-referencing multiple data sources
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work with large datasets and maintain consistent file structures
• Understanding of billing processes and data flows
• Familiarity with MVNO and Wholesale Billing concepts
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent English – spoken and written

nice to have:

• Background in Revenue Assurance or Billing Operations
• Basic knowledge of data cleaning techniques (duplicates, missing values, formatting issues)
• Experience working with structured billing systems or financial data
