Using advanced machine learning algorithms, the product delivers unmatched ETA accuracy, enabling proactive issue resolution and efficient exception management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer & Carrier Support
- Respond to incoming inquiries from customers and carriers, offering clear, step-by-step solutions.
- Support carriers during the onboarding process (mobile, telematics, TMS) until they are fully operational.
- Maintain and monitor data quality within your portfolio, addressing issues promptly.
2. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Implementation Consultants, Carrier Success, and Data Quality teams.
- Collaborate with Integrations and Solution Engineers on escalations and complex cases.
- Work with Product and Tech teams to support product improvements.
- Participate in customer meetings as needed to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
3. Data Quality & Performance Monitoring
- Proactively maintain high data quality and tracking performance.
- Monitor key KPIs such as CSAT, First Response Time, SLA compliance, and Data Quality/Tracking rates.
- Create and update knowledge base articles to support customer self-service and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, or project-based environments (preferably in SaaS).
- Proficiency in French and English (B2/C1), with excellent communication skills.
- Strong autonomy, multitasking abilities, and motivation to develop technical skills (API, EDI, SFTP).
- Customer-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or software is an advantage, but not mandatory.
